Canadian Dimes are Watching You

Here's an odd little story. Apparently people have been finding Canadian coins with transmitters inside - particularly US defense contractors coming back from trips to Canada. Is this their brilliant plan to restore their armed forces? Spy on our contractors? Not a bad idea, really. And when you have an army that can barely afford bullets, I guess there's nowhere to go but up. What gets me is that the US is working with CSIS to uncover the plot. Um...give me three guesses and my first is that CSIS organized the plot, but never mind.
